Actions for Climate Resilience - Coastal Wetlands and the UN Ocean Decade (2021-2030)

UNU-CRIS will collaborate with the International College of Engineering and Management (ICEM) -Research and Innovation Committee, HSEM Department - an educational excellence institute in the Sultanate of Oman- to celebrate ‘Global Wetlands’. 

Nidhi Nagabhatla will share the policy briefs (Ensuring the Sustainable Future of the Rapidly Expanding Global Seaweed Aquaculture Industry – A Vision and Sustainable Value Chain for the Seaweed Industry in Malaysia and the ASEAN Region: A Roadmap for Policy Formulation) produced with the GSTAR project/ SAMS along with the agenda of UN Ocean Decade (2021-2030), UN Decade on Ecosystems Restoration, and the role of Nature-Based Solutions(NBS).
