Van Griensven, Ann

During her Professorial Fellowship at UNU-CRIS, Ann van Griensven, who is a Professor of Hydrology and Water Quality at the VUB, will primarily work on topics related to the water-food-energy-environment nexus, hydroclimatic resilience (using CRIDA) and remote sensing, IoT, citizen science and models for water quality applications in collaboration with Nidhi Nagabhatla within the Nature, Climate and Health Cluster.

Ann van Griensven is mainly active in Africa (Lake Victoria) and Latin America (Lake Titicaca).
