Kiessner, Jörg

Jörg Keissner obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in anthropogeography at the University of Trier. During his time at UNU-CRIS, he was a Master’s student in socio-economic geography, spatial planning and tourism at the University of Passau, he also participated in a project under the supervision of Philippe De Lombaerde for a period of 3 months evaluating the demographic impact of regional integration on cross-border regions.

His research interests include the implications of regional integration on urbanism, trade relations, infrastructure and migration.
