Silva, Jania

At the time of her internship at UNU-CRIS, Jania Silva was pursuing a Master’s Degree in International Management with a specialisation in Global Affairs at INSEEC Business School in Paris. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the ISCTE Lisbon University Institute. In the context of her Bachelor and Master studies, Jania completed semesters abroad in Sweden and Monaco. During her stay in Sweden, Jania also completed an internship at the Embassy of Portugal in Stockholm.

Together with Yentl Clijmans she worked on updating the paper “Indicator-based Monitoring of Regional Integration: Where do we stand Anno 2013?”. Besides this, she worked on a database of all the indicators on regional integration. Her research interests are regional integration, international relations and EU policy-making.

Jania Silva was supervised by Philippe De Lombaerde until the end of July.
