Dhondt, Lucas

Lucas D'hondt completed his Bachelor's Degree in Business and Languages - Event and Project Management at Howest in Bruges. His thesis focussed on the accessibility of music festivals in Flanders for people with a disability. He also participated in the Football For All Leadership Programme in Lisbon, which is a unique programme to promote employment and entrepreneurship among people with disabilities in the world of football.

He conducted an internship in Toronto at an event agency, yet due to COVID-19 he had to return to Belgium. He is interested in topics around accessibility, environment and sustainable entrepreneurship.

At UNU-CRIS, Lucas helped our team with updating the UNU-CRIS website and organising events under the supervision of Andrew Dunn and Pascale Vantorre until the end of June 2020.
