Biographical Statement

Margarita Wilson graduated at the University of Ghent in Economics and was pursuing a Master’s Degree in Science in Economics. She focussed her studies on globalisation.

At UNU-CRIS, she analysed the influence of regional integration on economic activities and urbanisation in border areas.

She worked under the supervision of Professor Philippe De Lombaerde until the end of September 2011.
