Biographical Statement 

Michael Bradshaw is a Professor of Global Energy at Warwick Business School. His research is at the interface of geography, international relations and business and management.

His current research focuses on UK gas security, the shale gas conflict and the geopolitical economy of energy system transformation.

Mike competed his undergraduate training at the University of Birmingham (BSc), he has an MA from the University of Calgary (Alberta) and he gained his PhD at the University of British Columbia. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences, and the Royal Geographical Society where he previously held the role of Vice President.
