Biographical Statement
Niels Keijzer is a researcher at the German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) in the Department of Bi- and Multilateral Development Cooperation. His research interests include capacity development support in the context of the wider aid and development effectiveness agenda, the European Union and the contribution of non-aid policies to development.
