Women Leading on Equitable and Inclusive Solutions to address the Climate Emergency

14 March 2022
Webinar

The International Network for Women Engineers and Scientists (INWES), the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO), the International Science Council (ISC) and the United Nations University Institute on Comparative Regional Integration Studies (UNU CRS) together represent women in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) across 100 nations.

Join us to share insights into the current status of the contribution of women scientists and engineers to the global debate of Climate Emergency and present strategies for increasing the contribution of women in this domain, especially as leaders. Gender equality is essential for business growth, for innovation, for the knowledge economy, for achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The presentations in this CSW66 Parallel Event will cover the diversity imperative, the need for equitable and inclusive solutions to address the Climate Emergency. These will be followed by a moderated discussion session. You are encouraged to bring your questions, your experiences, your ideas to share.
