Grigorovici, Madalina
Mădălina Grigorovici holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Sciences from the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi – Romania. She completed her second Master’s Degree in International Human Rights Law at Lund University – Sweden. Mădălina also had an academic experience of one semester at the University of Lapland in Rovaniemi – Finland, where she concentrated her studies on public, national and international law.
Her previous work developed in both the public and private sectors in several NGOs, state institutions and companies, as either employee, intern or volunteer. She also fruitfully cooperated with the Faculty of Law at University of Turku – Finland for organising the 2013 edition of senior representatives of 20 Nordic universities. Mădălina also researched about Roma minority’s social inclusion in Romania from a gender perspective for The Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.
Mădălina published two scientific articles, i.e. “Gratuities which Business Entities Are Permitted to Offer” and “Insolvency’s Effects on Human Security and National Security in Romania”.
At UNU-CRIS, she worked under the supervision of Dr. Stephen Kingah for a period of six months. Her analyses focussed on regional social policies of the CIS and EurAsEC.
