Tilman, Manoel

Manoel Tilman studied International Relations at the Université Catholique de Louvain with a specialisation in Diplomacy and Conflict resolution. His Master thesis examined the Belgian-Congolese relations from 1965 and the influence the colonial past had on these relations.

He also holds a degree in Journalism from the Ihecs (Institut des Hautes Etudes des Communications Sociales) in Brussels.

Manoel Tilman worked as a Communication intern until the end of June under the supervision of Lynn Tytgat.
