Biographical Statement 

Tea Ivanovic studied International Studies with a minor in Philosophy at Virginia Tech, United States, where she obtained a scholarship to represent Virginia Tech with the varsity tennis team. She has spent her summers abroad for a course on International Organisations at the London School of Economics and Political Science during the summer between her 2nd and 3rd year of studies.

She is an Honors Ambassador for the Honors College at Virginia Tech, where she was in charge of student projects concerning the external relations of the Honors College. She was also a Communications officer for the International Relations Organisation at Virginia Tech, for which she has participated in several Model United Nations conferences across the United States.

At UNU-CRIS, Tea worked as a communication intern under the supervision of Dr. Luk Van Langenhove,  Dr. Philippe De Lombaerde, Léonie Maes, Pascale Vantorre and Anouchka Corveleyn. Her main tasks consisted of supporting general communications and the organisation of several conferences, including the CISS/CRIS Conference.
