European Capitals of Culture can be important platforms for designing, applying and testing innovations in the arts and culture sectors and creative industries. At the same time, we know that the commitment to innovation takes time. This workshop looks for answers to the question of how to create management bodies for major cultural projects, such as ECoCs, that can stand the test of time. A panel of experts from academia and management will take part in the discussion.
