Actores y estructuras del interregionalismo Unión Europea - Comunidad Andina

This article determines the types of authority that intervene in the interregionalism between the European union and the Andean community. The analytical approach is deductive and divided into three parts. The first describes euro-Andean relations, while the second presents a theoretical debate on interregionalism to identify their contributions to the explanation of EU-ac relations. The third describes the actors that intervene in these relations. The central argument is that in order to understand EU-ac interregionalism and determine the types of actors that participate in it, it is essential to contextualize euro-Andean relations in the structures of the world political and economic system.
