Caractéristiques et conditions du processus d'intégration globale des marchés: une approche socio-historique

Les liens et les interactions entre les sociétés ainsi que les rapports de celles-ci avec l’arène globale sont signalés comme propres à notre temps. La nouveauté ne réside pourtant pas dans l’existence de ces types de liens, mais plutôt dans l’intensification de tels liens et rapports. Pour contribuer à comprendre ce phénomène d’interdépendance croissant ce document présente une lecture socio-historique de la dynamique de la mondialisation. D’abord sont décrites les valeurs et relations sociales propres de la dynamique de l’économie mondiale. Puis sont tracées les caractéristiques des structures de l’espace global contemporain, ainsi que la façon dont les échanges financiers renforcent la libéralisation des entraves aux marchés. La dernière partie explicite autant les effets politiques, que les changements dans la coopération économique provoqués par le processus d’intégration globale des marchés.

In the contemporary world, societies are increasingly perceived as linked to each other through different international phenomena. Links and interactions between them as well as their relations with the global arena are among the principal features of our times. The originality of this phenomenon lies less in the fact of its existence than in the degree of intensification of these links and relations. This text contributes to understanding this phenomenon of increasing interdependence by presenting a socio-historical reading of the dynamics of globalization. The values and types of social relations characterizing the dynamics of global economy are described in the first place. Then, the text goes on to trace the structural characteristics of the contemporary global space as well the ways through which financial exchanges strengthen the liberalization of market barriers. The final part lays out political effects and changes caused by processes of global integration of markets in the sphere of economic cooperation.
