Dr. Luk Van Langenhove will deliver two public lectures: the first public lecture deals with "Can the EU and the UN save the World?" as the other public lecture will focus on "Science Diplomacy as a New Tool for Soft Power?".
RSIS is a professional graduate school of international affairs which focuses on the training of diplomats, military officers, journalists and research analysts. One of the key aims of RSIS is to promote research and create awareness in areas that will help to enhance local and regional intellectual capital through the analysis of emerging issues on diplomatic, security and economic multilateralism.
