UNU-CRIS PhD Fellow Padmi Ranasinghe addressed a Workshop on National Climate Adaptation Framework in Sri Lanka, organized by the USAID Climate Adaptation Project.
The programme targeted senior officials from Uva Province. The province is recognized as one of the most climate-vulnerable areas in the country. She discussed climate science, climate risks, adaptation strategies, and the importance of integrating climate planning, aiming to reduce risks and enhance climate resilience.
