UNU-CRIS is Present at the WATERAGRI Mini Conference
UNU-CRIS proudly supports the mini-conference of the WATERAGRI [Water Retention and Nutrient Recycling in Soils and Streams for Improved Agricultural Production] project, focusing on re-introducing and enhancing sustainable solutions for water retention and nutrient recycling to enable agricultural production that can sustain growing populations and cope with present and future climate change challenges in the European Region. Check out their work.
Titled 'Linking Water & Agriculture Science to Policy,' the conference, scheduled for March 6th in Brussels, will feature Policy Briefs supported by UNU CRIS, highlighting the project's contribution to science-policy interfaces. Dr. Nidhi Nagabhatla, along with UNU-CRIS visiting research fellow Dr. Tamara Avellán, will present these insightful briefs.
Additionally, don't miss the engaging panel discussion where Nidhi and Tamara will contribute: 'Linking Policies to Practice – Bridging the Gap: From Research to EU Policies to On-Ground Implementation.'
