Dr. Luk Van Langenhove will deliver two public lectures: the first public lecture deals with "Can the EU and the UN save the World?" as the other public lecture will focus on "Science Diplomacy as a New Tool for Soft Power?".
RSIS is a professional graduate school of international affairs which focuses on the training of diplomats, military officers, journalists and research analysts.
