UNU-CRIS at ECSA 58 - EMECS 13 Estuaries and coastal seas in the Anthropocene

UNU-CRIS is participating in the ECSA 58 - EMECS 13 Estuaries and coastal seas in the Anthropocene- Structure, functions, services and management (6-9 September 2021), presenting at ‘ENGAGE for Research Planning and Capacity Development: Fostering SDGs 14 and 17 for Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) in Southeast Asia’ at Session 34 - Plastics in the sea and loss and gain of habitats and ecosystems, on 8 September, 2021.

Dr. Nidhi Nagabhatla, participating on behalf of UNU-CRIS, outlines that her intervention will "focus on highlight capacity gaps and needs for implementing SDG agenda in the Mekong Region and in the Southeast Asian region in general, with focus on coastal systems, disaster scenarios and resilience building”.
