UNU-CRIS Participated in the International Conference on European Studies from the Perspective of International and Regional Studies

UNU-CRIS participated in the International Conference on European Studies from the Perspective of International and Regional Studies, organised by 同济大学 and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in Shanghai on 24 October.
The conference took a critical look at the potential and prospects of regional and area studies, with a specific focus on European and Asian studies. UNU-CRIS professorial fellow Jan Orbie presented on "European Union Studies: Unfulfilled Potential of a Regional Discipline". Director Philippe De Lombaerde also participated in the discussions.
