UNU CRIS supports sustainability discourse in Global South (India) by giving a keynote Speech at 4th International Conference on Trends and Recent Advances in Civil Engineering, TRACE 2022.

Nidhi Nagabhatla, UNU-CRIS Senior Research Fellow, has been invited as Keynote Speaker at the Fourth International Conference on Trends and Recent Advances in Civil Engineering, taking place on 18 and 19 October 2022.

Her keynote speech is entitled: Are Emerging Trends in Civil Engineering Pathways Equipped to Support Transformative Change in the Water Sector and the General SDG Agenda?'" and is scheduled on 19 October 2022 at 11.00 (IST).

Amid another narrative, Nidhi Nagabhatla will cover the highlights from the book: UN 75: Sustainable Engineering in Action.:  This  publication helps raise awareness of the vital need for sustainable development and infrastructure and highlights the role that engineering has to play in tackling the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)., in this synthesis Nagabhatla  contributed her insight as a UNU representative
