Luk Van Langenhove, Director UNU-CRIS, has been asked to deliver a speech on Science Diplomacy Tools at the RISE High-Level Expert Group "RISE Group Findings in the Context of EU R&I Policy and Funding Programmes".

This expert group meeting is an initiative of the European Commission - Directorate-General for Research and Innovation and takes place in Brussels today.
